Frequently asked question​​ Will the order arrive in time for the important day?

We always recommend leaving information about the special day in the comment field, so we can take it into account as soon as we receive your order. Production takes 5-7 working days, but be bold and ask about expedited production by email if needed.

We ship products immediately after the workday, so the products are sent out the same evening. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days. You will receive a tracking number and a tracking link for your order. We highly recommend that you track the shipment yourself, as the arrival notification from the post does not always reach you.

Please note that it is also possible to pick up orders from our premises, which are located in Helsinki. You can pick up your order once you receive the message «Your order is ready for pickup» along with suitable times. So if you live in Uusimaa, you will receive your order very quickly.
