Refund policy

The right to exchange and return does not apply to custom-made products.

 
Order cancellation is not possible after the order has been confirmed, as the contract concerns goods that are manufactured or modified according to the consumer's wishes, making it impossible to resell the goods. The condition restricting the right to cancel the order is in accordance with Chapter 6, Section 16 of the Consumer Protection Act (20.1.1978/38). The contract covers the following products: nameplates, cake decorations, interior texts, and other custom-made products.

According to the Consumer Protection Act, consumers have the right to cancel a distance sale without a specific reason within 14 days of receiving the delivery. The right to exchange and return requires that the product and original packaging are returned in a resalable condition. All possible accessories, such as instructions, remote controls, and batteries included in the packaging, must be returned with the product. If the customer wishes to return the entire order, we will refund the amount paid as well as payment and delivery costs.
